Bean yellow mosaic causes bright yellow, mosaic patches on the leaves. These patches tend to occur along the major veins. With some strains of the virus, leaves may show crinkling and puckering. Symptoms are more pronounced during periods of cooler temperatures. The virus has a wide host range and is transmitted by several species of aphids. |
